a) Foxhound Band Themes retains the right to change the terms and conditions and licensing of this site and our themes at any time.

b) We offer support for our themes through our Support Forum. We will help with common issues, bugs, and basic questions. Support does not include helping with customization or installation. If you require help with those issues, please contact us through the customization form.

c) There are no refunds and all sales are final. You are purchasing and downloading a digital product and we can’t fight against fraud and issue refunds. If you have any questions before you purchase your theme, just email us!

d) Everything in the theme is released under the GPL license. This includes the CSS, PHP, and and are in total compliance to standards of that license as well as with WordPress.

e) We pay our affiliates at the beginning of each month for the last month of sales. Our affliates need a verified Paypal Account and must sell at least 3 themes to receive payment from us. We don’t want any spamming or dishonest tactics to sell our themes and abusing the system will get you removed. If there are any problems, we’ll try our best to work it out but we won’t accept the advertising of our coupon codes, misrepresenting us or our products, or affiliates who sign up for the program and refer themselves for a discount.
